Micellar structure of hydrophobically modified polysaccharides in aqueous solution

چکیده

This article reviews previous studies on micellar structures formed by hydrophobically modified polysaccharides in aqueous solutions static and dynamic light scattering, small angle X-ray neutron fluorescence from pyrene solubilized polymer solution. The experimental results are consistently explained the full or loose flower necklace model for pullulan bearing octenyl groups amylose dodecyl randomly branched model, which is often called a “nanogel”, cholesteryl groups. We discuss of as well an amphiphilic alternating vinyl regard to degree substitution chemical hydrophobic moiety backbone chain. Hydrophobically have attracted considerable attention biomedical field because their biocompatibility, biodegradability, nontoxicity. (pullulan amylose) Depending substitution, exist solution necklaces nanogels made up polymers.
